IDP Masterdata Validator

The IDP Masterdata Validator allows you to validate master data files to ensure they meet IDP format standards.

1. Open the IDP Masterdata Validator.

   -> The validator's main page opens.

   

2. Click the dropdown menu under Masterdata type and select the required masterdata type. The options include:

   • Supplier
   • Open Order
   • Customer Material
   • Customer Master
   • Customer Product
   • Customer Ship To
   • Keyword

3. Click the Select file button and navigate to the file you want to validate.

   Only CSV files are supported, and the maximum allowed file size is 1000MB.

4. Click the Validate a file button to start the validation process.

Once the validation is complete, you'll receive feedback on whether the file meets the required IDP format standards. If there are any errors, they will be displayed for your review and correction.
